Live Oak FL Listing Agent – It’s a Seller’s Market!

The Live Oak FL real estate market has really made a shift in 2016. Over the past few years much of our country has been recovering from a recession and small towns like our’s tend to run a little behind nearby major cities. While 2015 was a great year, we have a lot of people looking to move into our area in 2016. Most buyers seem to be tired of busy cities with major traffic and high property taxes and they’re looking for a more relaxed lifestyle. Because of this, we are currently experiencing a shortage of listings in the Live Oak FL real estate market. I have seen many properties lately come on the MLS that seem to be nice residential homes within close proximity to the town of Live Oak, but in my opinion they were just priced too high. Much to my surprise, these properties would go under contract in no time. Prices have really been climbing up in comparison to this time last year!
