eTown Jax

eTown Jax is a master planned community that’s coming soon to Jacksonville. If you’re local to the area, you may have noticed the E-Town Parkway exit off of 9B, the highway that connects 295 eastern belt and I-95. This will be home to the new eTown Jax set to open in 2019.

The community will offer amenities that make it easier to stay within the neighborhood. eTown is developed by the PARC Group, the developers of Nocatee and Pablo Creek Reserve.

While there is not a lot of information on the coming development, eTown will feature a lifestyle that includes technology, recreation, shopping and community interaction. eTown will also feature a skyline view of downtown Jacksonville.

eTown will offer single family options as well as multifamily including townhomes. The project totals 1,478 acres which will include residential and commercial use.

David Weekley has purchased over 111 acres and plans to build 143 homes along with ICI Homes as a joint venture. Model homes should be under construction by the end of 2018. Tolls Brothers has also purchased some of the land and is planning to build around 115 homes.

eTown Jax will offer many amenities including golfcart paths, parks, walking trails, shops, job centers and restaurants.

eTown’s Location

The community’s location is hard to beat! Off of the new 9B, eTown residents will have a short drive to areas like the St. Johns Town Center, the Avenues and Tinseltown. An added bonus is all of the beautiful beaches nearby. The brand new Durbin Park shopping center will be opening soon off of Racetrack Rd and 9B giving eTown residents unlimited shopping options.

The community will also offer easy access to areas farther south like St. Augustine, Daytona and Orlando.
