Brookwood

Cypress Trails is located in the Duval County portion of Nocatee and is totally built out. This neighborhood offers their own amenities including a pool, park area, playground and small clubhouse/cabana. Prices tend to start in the low $300’s and up to around $500,000.

Crosswater is one of Nocatee’s newest neighborhoods opening in early 2018. It offers three different neighborhoods within itself: Liberty Cove, Heritage Trace and Freedom Landing. Crosswater has an Americana theme.
