St. Johns County

St Johns County FL is home to over 226,000 residents spreading across 822 square miles, one quarter of which is water. St. Johns County is known for their top ranked schools, beautiful beaches, golf courses and historical St. Augustine, the county seat. Just recently, according to the U.S. Census Bureau, St. Johns County was named the richest county in Florida.

Moving west, you will find the unincorporated community of St. Johns which borders the St. Johns River. St. Johns sits about halfway between Jacksonville and downtown St. Augustine.

St. Augustine FL is known for being the oldest city in the nation and this is evident by its historical buildings and homes and charming brick streets. Visitors take a step back in time and enjoy a relaxed way of life. St. Augustine is popular among tourists in the summer months and attracts visitors from all over the world.

Just north of St. Augustine is Ponte Vedra Beach FL known for its golf courses, resorts and luxury homes. Ponte Vedra is off the beaten path and offers older and newer homes as well as many ocean front options.
